The online store pablobeauty.gr delivers its products throughout Greece. Shipments are made daily within 2-3 days inside Thessaloniki, 3-5 days outside Thessaloniki except Saturday, Sunday, at delivery times of the cooperating Courier companies.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather events or general strikes and holidays and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times. In this case pablobeauty.gr cooperates with specific courier and transport companies.

In case you want to send your order with a transport company of your choice with which pablobeauty.gr does not cooperate, then the shipping costs are borne by you regardless of the value of the order and place / time of delivery. In this case pablobeauty.gr bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.

Orders placed from the Website of a country that differs from country to shipping address or shipping address is in a country where Seller cannot ship products will be automatically canceled.

Delivery Delay

Our Company makes every effort for the timely and proper delivery of your orders in accordance with the above mentioned in Sections 5.1 and 5.2. However, the Seller reserves the right to delay the delivery of the products.

Delays in product delivery may be due to a variety of events, including either force majeure and pandemics such as extreme weather events, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence or control, or product unavailability due to depletion, or delay in shipping the product by the manufacturer / supplier.

In any case of delay in the delivery of the products we will contact you to inform you and ask if you want to deliver the order without the product that is delayed or not available, or to suggest you an alternative, or to inform you about delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. In case you are not satisfied with our offer, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in full. In this case the Company will refund you the corresponding amount of money you may have paid.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipments are made FREE for all of Greece for orders over € 20 and € 2.5 for orders under € 20. The cost of cash on delivery for Greece is two Euros (€ 2).

According to the Consumer Protection Code (Article 9) you have the inalienable right to unjustifiably and unduly withdraw from the Purchase Agreement you concluded with the Seller to return products purchased from pablobeauty.gr without any sanction and without specifying the reason ( withdrawal) within fourteen (14) days from the day you received them. The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and get your money back. For reasons of hygiene, returns on nail polishes, pencils, mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss, lipstick, lip liner and products that come in direct contact with the skin are not accepted.

The above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, starts from the next day that you or any person you indicate to us as responsible for the receipt of your products (other than the carrier) obtain the physical possession of the purchased goods. In case you have ordered more than one goods with one order and which are delivered separately, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal according to the above starts from the next day that you or any person you have nominated us as responsible for receiving the products you (other than the carrier) acquire the physical possession of the last good of the order.

For the withdrawal it is necessary to complete and send, according to the Consumer Protection Code, the model of the Withdrawal Form (you will find it here) and to accompany your order together with all the necessary documents (Retail receipt, Sales Invoice or Shipping Receipt) . PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

The User / Customer reserves the right to return the products at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt in order to replace them with another product. In case the value of the product is less than 15 €, the product cannot be replaced and in this case a refund will be made. For returns of non-defective products within Greece you will be charged with shipping costs.

It is expressly agreed that the replacement of the products takes place if the product to be replaced is returned to our Company in the same good condition as you originally received it. Our company does not replace products that have dirt, damage, injuries, security seals that have been violated or are not complete, within their original packaging and are not accompanied by all the documents you received from us. For reasons of hygiene, returns on nail polishes, pencils, mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss, lipstick, lip liner and products that come in direct contact with the skin are not accepted.

CONDITIONS

Product replacement as well as the right of withdrawal shall be deemed to be validly exercised if – in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures set out in the Consumer Protection Code described in Paragraphs 9.1 and 9.2 above – the following conditions are fully met:

  1. the Return Form sent online through the Website pablobeauty.gr or other explicit statement of the decision to withdraw from the Contract must have been completed correctly and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of physical receipt of the purchased goods or physical possession of the last good of the order.
  2. For reasons of hygiene, returns on nail polishes, pencils, mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss, lipstick, lip liner and products that come in direct contact with the skin are not accepted.
  3. the security seal, if any, must still be affixed to the products as it forms an integral part of the products,
  4. the products must be returned in their original packaging, as well as by the retail receipt or invoice;
  5. the returned products must be delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the moment of notification to the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Contract,
  6. the products must not have been damaged. The return package must be properly packed to prevent damage to the product or packaging during transport. If the product was purchased from a store, it is returned exclusively to the store.

RETURN / WITHDRAWAL CHARGES

  1. Product returns with charge of PABLO BEAUTY-COSMETICS TRADING COMPANY

You have the right to return the products you bought from this online store at a charge of PABLO BEAUTY COSMETICS TRADING COMPANY, in the following cases:

– If through the fault of pablobeauty.gr the wrong products were sold (by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, etc.). In this case, you may either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning or request a refund. For the return of the products, the online Product Return Form must be filled in, which you will find here.

The products should be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition.

– If, through the fault of pablobeauty.gr, products of poor quality were sold (damaged during transport, defective product, etc.). In this case, the customer may either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning or request a refund. For the return of the products, the online product return form must be filled in, which you will find here. Returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition. In addition, in case the customer does not return the product then, a new product will not be sent to him and the customer will have to place a new order / purchase. The product must be returned in the condition it was delivered.

In both cases, the maximum return period may not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

  1. Returns of products at the customer’s expense.

You reserve the right to return the products you have purchased, free of charge and without the obligation to announce the reason for which you wish the products to be returned, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In the case of Return for the purpose of Replacement / Change of the product, they are charged with the amount of three Euros (€ 3) for the return and with the amount of two and a half Euros (€ 2.5) for the resend.

In case of final Return of the product / Withdrawal, the costs are deducted from the total amount of the Return. If the return conditions are not met, the products are returned to the customer at his own expense.

If you use a different carrier than the one indicated by the Seller, you will have to pay the shipping costs of the returned products with which you will be charged. In this case, you will also be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport, which will be due to poor choice of carrier and / or shipping method.
